actually deep in my heart, that line means " can you please care for me a little ? "

i am sick just know,
maybe because these days can't sleep too well,
exhausted ..

i really miss someone text me : "Jo, are you okay?"
i definitely gonna answer "yes" with a smiling face although my condition is more than worst !!

is this world really has no one can know what i am thinking, what i felt, what i wanted the most,
even understand me just a little bit ?
